As part of Green Flag Motoring Assistance’s support for National Road Safety Week (September 22-28), 2002 BTCC Champion James Thompson recently took part in a live webchat. The VX Racing driver was online for an hour on Wednesday 17 September to answer questions about life as a racing driver.
Thompson faced questions on the BTCC, team-mates past and present, his rallying exploits and much much more during the chat session. If you missed the chat, there is no need to worry as a full transcript is now online at www.webchats.co.uk.
Road Safety Week (September 22-28) involves schools, businesses and communities raising the issue of road safety in their areas. Brake, the organising charity expect more than 10,000 schools and 1,000 companies to get involved in nationwide events to create greater awareness of the issues and encourage more responsible behaviour by all road users.
