Eaves in at Team Dynamics - 07/04/04

Dan Eaves will drive the second Team Dynamics Honda Civic Type-R at Thruxton this weekend after a late deal slotted in to place for the young driver. The deal will see the Team Dynamics cars sport the characteristic orange livery brought by Eaves’ sponsor Halfords.

The second seat with the Computeach sponsored team looked set to go the way of Gareth Howell, but the Bromley based driver lost out through a lack of sponsorship. “I am well and truely gutted that we can't have a full assault on the championship this year”, said Gareth. “But hopefully a third car will be possible at some stage.”

“Dan is a good driver though and I’m sure he will do a great job for the team. The main thing is that [Team Dynamics] win the Indie title and take the overall fight to the Vauxhalls!”

Eaves tested the Honda Civic at Oulton Park last week and will be behind the wheel once more in the official test at Thruxton tomorrow (Thursday).
